Bag of Marbles
Applying Vulnerable to all enemies at the start of combat increases Hyperbeam's damage by 50%, pushing its AoE reach to 39 damage. This is often enough to clear Act 1 and Act 2 elite minions instantly, bypassing the need for long-term scaling.
