The first Attack each turn deals 50% additional damage.
Lethality is most effective in decks that prioritize high-impact single attacks or Osty-scaling strikes to maximize the value of the 50% multiplier. It should be played early in a rotation to ensure that your heaviest hitters benefit from the damage boost every turn.
Bury
Bury has one of the highest base damage values in the game at 52, meaning Lethality provides a massive flat damage increase of 26. This combination allows for a single-card solution to many elite and boss phases when played as the first attack.
Protector
Protector scales its damage based on Osty's Max HP, which can reach very high numbers through Summoning. Lethality applies a multiplicative 1.5x bonus to this total value, turning Osty's health pool into an even more efficient offensive resource.
Pen Nib
The damage bonus from Lethality stacks with the double damage effect of Pen Nib, resulting in a 3x damage multiplier for a single hit. Timing these two effects to trigger on a high-damage attack can result in immediate kills on most non-boss enemies.
Blight Strike
Since Blight Strike applies Doom equal to the damage dealt, the 50% damage increase from Lethality directly translates into 50% more Doom stacks. This significantly accelerates the execution threshold, allowing the Necrobinder to end combats much faster.
Akabeko
Akabeko provides 8 Vigor at the start of combat, which increases the base damage of the first attack before Lethality's percentage bonus is calculated. This creates a synergistic burst of damage on turn one that can help clear minions or set up early Doom executions.
