💡 How to Use
Debilitate is a powerful force multiplier that should be played immediately after applying status effects to maximize damage output and damage mitigation. It is exceptionally strong in boss fights or elite encounters where the doubled effectiveness of Weak and Vulnerable can prevent lethal damage while accelerating the kill.
